The round filter
The round design of the filter allows the gas to flow easily inside a cylinder. With the help of gravity, dust and sorbent can be automatically removed at the bottom of the filter during operation.
The improved airflow results in significantly lower pressure loss, which will reduce the load on the exhaust ventilation and generally improve operation. There are several technical details to consider in order to achieve the best flow, and in general, the system is designed with a focus on achieving the best air flow through all the components that the flue gas must pass through. One of these is to design the reactor with special guiding sections that will even out the flow while ensuring an optimal mix of activated carbon and lime or bicarbonate.
Emission requirements and quality
All equipment and facilities are designed to comply with the latest applicable environmental legislation, which in most cases will be EU emission limits.

- ATEX Directive
Design, construction, and commissioning are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 quality and quality assurance requirements.
Hot flue gas
Many industrial processes produce flue gas as a by-product, for example during thermal treatment, combustion, and gasification. In most cases, the temperature of the flue gas must be reduced before it can be purified. Various cooling solutions are available, but water injection through a cooling tower or heat exchanger system is often used.
Heat exchangers can be wet solutions using cooling equipment, or dry heat exchangers using air-to-water (boiler) or air-to-air solutions.
Industrial air filter
A wide range of pressure-resistant round pulse jet filters for simple processes such as tire shredding, chemical handling, wood chips, paper, as well as loading flour, seeds, grain, corn, and other agricultural products.
These particles must be removed from the air we breathe to avoid damaging our health. The Filcon standard filter program has been developed with a special focus on removing these harmful particles.
